I offer ODR as an alternative to in -person mediations. I use telephone or video conferencing by ZOOM.

You can do it from your own home or office. Especially useful if you have mobility or care issues.
It’s easy to set up. Zoom is free to use for parties. We agree a time. I send you an email with a link. At the agreed time you click the link. That’s it.
