I  may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of it without notice. Information you provide by completing any forms on this site  swalkermediation.com. This includes when you register on the site, subscribe to a service, make a transaction or a complaint.

I will keep a record of any correspondence that you sent to us, via any means.

Your IP address, operating system and browser type may be collected.  This is statistical data only and does not identify any individual.

I  may contact you for the purposes of direct marketing if you agree.   This means that I may use the personal data you provide to me  to tell you about the latest developments at swalkermediation or professional updates which might interest you. I will only contact you using the methods which you have agreed i.e. by post or e-mail.

Whenever I collect your personal data through this site , I will tell you whether I will use it for direct marketing purposes. You  will have the  opportunity to opt-out of providing your consent to receiving these direct marketing communications both at the time that you provide your personal data and thereafter at any time by clicking on the relevant link or by contacting us at stephen@swalkermediation.com

If you tell me that you do not want to receive any further marketing material from me, I will stop sending it immediately. However, I will not necessarily remove your personal data from our database(s) if I consider that it is fair and necessary to retain it for other reasons e.g. if I have recently acted for you in a mediation, and must keep a record of this for regulatory purposes.

Where do we store your data?

I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal information I  cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my site.  Any transmission is at your own risk.

Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between us;

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information held about you and this right can be exercised in accordance with the act. Any access request maybe subject to a fee of £10.00 to meet my costs in providing you with the details we have.

This website is created using copyright which is owned by us or used by us under licence. You must not copy, use, reproduce, translate, distribute, transfer, modify, adapt or transmit the website in part or as a whole for any purpose. I permit the printing of copies of material for your own personal use  provided that you retain a copyright mark on such copies and do not provide such copies to third parties or use them for the benefit of third parties.
